Hear what our clients have to say about Vikita!
Dear Vikita,
This letter is to express our appreciation of your time and effort in being a presenter for our Hemet-Temecula Employer Advisory Council seminar. We want to thank you for your generous support of our Organization. Your presentation, “Leadership during Difficult Times”, was outstanding.
Recently, our board members were discussing your abilities as a speaker and we wanted you to know that everyone thinks very highly of you. You are an articulate speaker and everyone is still singing your praises!
Many of our members commented on your talents as a speaker including your ability to motivate and inspire. You definitely have a real talent for engaging an audience with your high energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.
Another board member added, “I would certainly second that motion. Vikita's presentation style is relative and concise. She has a keen ability to grasp the audience's attention and hold you captive as she unfolds her topic with an immense level of enthusiasm.”
If you ever need a recommendation as a speaker, please feel free to use the Hemet-Temecula EAC as a reference. We will also refer any EAC inquiries for a speaker to see your entry in our CEAC Speaker Database.
Sincerely yours,
Joni Caposey, Vice Chairperson
Hemet-Temecula EAC

We were fortunate enough to have been referred to Poindexter Consulting Group, in April 2009. We have a growing business in the Behavioral Consulting field (Autism). 2009 was our second year of business, and our goal for the year was to add the necessary infrastructure to our business that would allow our employees to flourish, and at the same time protect our long-term opportunities. What was important to us, was that Vikita took the time to truly learn our business model, and then create policies and procedures that were customized to our company. Every successful organization has to incorporate a successful Human Resource component to one’s business at some point to ensure long-term stability. Poindexter Consulting has provided that element to our business, which has enabled us to focus on our core business of consulting, and creating a winning culture for our Team.

I am honored to enthusiastically endorse Vikita Poindexter as a motivational speaker and educational trainer. Vikita’s expertise in Human Resources and vast knowledge of the field, current law, labor law standards, best practices, litigation prevention and effective business operation make her an ideal speaker, trainer, consultant and business advisor.
Ms. Poindexter recently conducted several trainings on Cultural Diversity at Oak Grove Center. Her trainings were the most highly rated of the year as they were very educational and motivational but presented in a dynamic, engaging, relevant format. Ms. Poindexter involved her audience, used humor as a tool to teach and was able to present theoretical and abstract conepts in an easy to understand format. Comments from the crique sheets completed by staff include the following:
“Great Presentation”
“Outstanding in-service”
“Excellent job highly informative creative presentation”
“Excellent information Vikita had such a great personality made in-service very interesting
“This was very informative to come to and the information was presented in a very fun
and interesting way”
I would highly recommend Ms. Poindexter as a Staff Trainer, Seminar Leader, Key Note Speaker in addition to her work as a Consultant. What gives me confidence aside from her engaging and dynamic speaking skills is the fact that she has expert training in this area as evidenced by her certification through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) which she has been a member of since 1993. The American Business Institute named Vikita one of the 2000 Notable American Women and she has been nominated as Citizen of the Year for 2008 as well as for the Joan Sparkman Unity Award and the National Association of Women Business Owners. Ms. Poindexter is making an impact in the community, with individuals, business owners, nonprofit organizations, churches and everyone she comes in contact with, after you hear her speak you will understand why, she enriches those around her! One can see why she is “a partner you can trust”.
